Best of Nevada: Hangar 7

Interior Design/Tenant Improvement

Text size: A A

This 30,350-sq-ft tenant improvement was challenging due to its location within McCarran International Airport. The hangar includes plane and vehicle storage spaces, office space and reception areas. The three-story structure additionally has a boardroom, restroom and kitchen. The building features a stainless steel framed glass wall, dramatic lighting, monumental staircase and a reception desk built from a highly polished Boeing 787 aircraft engine casing. High-end interior finishes consist of lace, teakwood, marble and granite stonework, glass and venetian plaster. Other details include custom built cabinets and desks and remote temperature and lighting controls.
