Best of Arizona: Chandler Echelon

Office

Text size: A A

Located along the Price Corridor, Chandler Echelon is the first phase completed in this multi-phased 20-acre mixed-use project and includes a four-story Class A office building with 185,000 sq ft of rentable office space, an adjacent four-story pre-cast parking garage and associated site work. The project team’s collaborative approach led to an early completion, 52 days ahead of schedule.

The two-story open entrance lobby features stainless steel-coated plastic laminate accents, multi-colored and multi-textured marbleized granite flooring and a glass and steel hand-rail enclosing the lobby’s second story observation deck. Synthetic leather wallpaper, stainless steel, East Indian rosewood paper, rain glass wall accents mounted with exposed hardware and a variety of lighting features help complete the industrial look.
