New Mexico State University has selected GLHN Architects & Engineers Inc. to provide professional services for a $24-million Campus Chilled Water Utility Improvements project that includes the design and construction of a satellite chilled water plant for the university’s main campus in Las Cruces and campus-wide chilled water distribution upgrades and extensions. GLHN has worked continuously at NMSU since 1998, when the firm performed its first chilled water study for the university.
