Mini is all about image, so this auto dealership was designed to turn heads with a showcase building just as attractive as the cars within. Mini is a small, complex car that is well organized, highly detailed and simple in style, and the building shares those traits. The sleek, modern interior features a 2-story showroom with a stainless steel car lift right in the middle. Floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides, black and gray finishes and colorful furniture add to the cool vibe. With careful cost management, the project was on time and under budget, despite being built during the harshest winter on record.
