Scott Macpherson Sr. Vice President
Rider Levett Bucknall"The Phoenix construction industry continues a slow but steady recovery from the recent recession," says Macpherson, who was recently elected to his firm's board of directors. "To date in 2012, we have seen minimal construction cost increases; however, RLB continues to keep a close eye on the local market conditions to track any post-recession upticks in costs. As real estate market conditions continue to improve, this may become a contributing factor to increased construction costs over the latter part of 2012 and beyond."
