This multi-phased, mixed-use, open air lifestyle center offers unique retailers, dining, entertainment, office, residential and two parking garages. The complexity of the material palette provides varied facades for different stores along the main streets.

Low-water landscaping, waterless urinals, a central water source heat pump and tenant controls are some of the incorporated sustainable elements. Canopies, recessed glass, arcades, shade trees and misting systems minimize heat gain and create a pleasant walking site.
