The Eco-Crusher enables contractors to provide the on-site processing of concrete, bricks, blocks, basalt, aggregate and more thus reducing the costs for hauling and tipping fees on the job. The Eco-Crusher fits on any brand excavator and runs on a standard hammer auxiliary circuit.

The Eco-Crusher line now includes five models with the addition of the new heavy-duty HD90 for 58,000-lb or larger excavators along with the BF60 for 18,000-lb or larger excavators; the BF70 for 28,000-lb or larger excavators; the BF90 for 48,000-lb or larger excavators, and the BF120 for 68,000-lb or larger excavators.

Primary Impact Crusher

Telsmith Inc. has launched the QuarryTrax Model TI6060, a track-mounted primary impact crushing plant that is designed for high-capacity production of up to 800 TPH.

Featuring the heavy duty Telsmith Model PA6060 Primary Impact Crusher, the plant is engineered to maximize crushing hours and minimize maintenance. A key differentiating component of this primary impact crusher is its massive, solid type rotor set on oversized 220 mm, wide series bearings. With its heavier rotor, the impact crusher delivers higher inertia to optimize crushing, and the ruggedness to consistently crush 40-in stone or concrete slabs. Easy to transport, and ready to crush in just minutes, the QuarryTrax TI6060 is ideal for processing a specification product in either concrete recycle or low-abrasion quarried stone applications.

Importantly, the plant’s PA6060 impact crusher incorporates innovative technologies that prevent damage from any uncrushable materials, while reducing maintenance, providing greater uptime and lowering operating costs. Its state-of-the-art hydraulic system provides finger-tip control of apron adjustments.

The new QuarryTrax TI6060 utilizes the Trax-Max control system which monitors and controls plant operations including engine systems, hydraulic systems, component settings, alarm conditions and troubleshooting.

Drywall Cutting Tool

Goldblatt Tool Co. has unveiled the BladeRunner, an easy-to-use handheld tool that cuts both sides of drywall simultaneously, with no exposed blades. The BladeRunner design was created by Saint-Gobain, the world’s largest building materials company and producer of gypsum wallboard, which markets its gypsum and finishing products in North America under the CertainTeed brand name.

The patented design of the BladeRunner tool is based on two independent cutting halves that separate onto both sides of the drywall. As the top half moves, the bottom half follows in an exact pattern through high-strength magnetic technology providing a clean, concise cut every time. BladeRunner is simple to use and helps save valuable time and money, while improving jobsite safety. BladeRunner’s easy-to-change blades last twice as long as traditional utility knife blades and are available in 6 and 12 packs.
