The new 1,522,805-sq.-ft. Trump International is being built adjacent to Fashion Show mall on part of the New Frontier property. The 64-story hotel and condominium tower will contain 1,282 guestrooms, a spa, salon, meeting rooms, pool and Jacuzzi, restaurants, retail space and a 467-space, five-story parking facility.


3. The Residences at MGM Grand - Towers B & C

The Residences at MGM Grand consist of three identical hotel and condominium towers adjacent to the MGM Grand on the former site of the resort's theme park. The second and third tower will each be 38-stories tall and will contain 576 units. The project also features numerous amenities including a concierge, fitness center and swimming pool.

This Clark & Sullivan joint-venture project with Sellen Construction consists of a new 10-story addition that is adjoining the existing Washoe Medical facility. The new tower area is intended to provide 500,000 sq. ft. of new space to add more beds, expand emergency and surgical services, create a helicopter pad on the roof, improve clinical space for nursing and embed an infrastructure to meet the demands of the newest in state-of-the-art medical technology. A 1,600-space parking structure is also being built simultaneously to offer additional parking.

Sky Las Vegas condos will include 409 units from 870 to 5,500-sq.-ft. In addition to penthouse units, Sky Las Vegas is offering premium three-story suites with rooftop garden patios. Sky's luxurious condos include access to an outdoor recreation area with over an acre of pool and garden space complete with putting green, outdoor fire pit, barbeque area, and dog run. Indoor amenities include a social room overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, a spa and fitness center, business center with private meeting room, private screening room, billiard room with bar, valet parking, concierge services and state-of-the-art security.

Part of NVDOT's largescale U.S. 95 widening project in northwest Las Vegas, Project 3C reconstructs the U.S. 95 bridge over Rancho Dr. and the connector ramps to and from I-15. A new on-ramp from Martin Luther King Blvd. to northbound U.S. 95 and a new off-ramp from southbound U.S. 95 to Martin Luther King Blvd. will also be constructed. Upon the completion of the new bridge over Rancho Dr., a section of the bridge over Martin Luther King Blvd. will be replaced. Project 4B/5 will widen U.S. 95 from six to ten lanes from east of Valley View Boulevard to the Rainbow Boulevard interchange. Lane construction includes four general-purpose lanes and one HOV lane in each direction. Replacement of the U.S. 95 bridge over Jones Boulevard will be built in two phases and is the largest single facet of the project. ;'lSound walls will also be constructed as part of both phases.


7. One Queensridge Place

This project is the first high-rise condominium project in Summerlin. It features two, 18-story, 220-room condominium towers built on a 20-acre site. Amenities include spa facilities, a fitness center, a 61,000-sq.-ft. recreation deck, meeting rooms and wine cellar. Supporting structures include a 10,000-sq.-ft. central plant, connector lobby, 10-acres of site improvements including 66 parking spaces and two below-grade parking levels containing 120 private garages and 59 parking spaces.

Turnberry Town Square is located on a 117-acre site at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard South and Interstate 215. The project combines a large-scale retail and entertainment center and will encompass 1,600,000-sq.-ft. The project consists of freestanding individual buildings set around pedestrian and vehicular streets and open spaces. The buildings include single, two and three-story structures, primarily with retail stores on the ground level with office space above. The complex will feature a 270-room boutique hotel, 150 retail shops, 12 restaurants and an 89,000-sq.-ft., 20-screen movie theater. It will also feature 210,000 sq. ft. of office space.


9. Bellagio Employee Parking Garage

This massive parking structure is being constructed to move Bellagio employee parking from where the even more massive Project City Center will be built. The 10-story garage will provide parking spaces for 5,300 vehicles for both employees and the general public.


10. Summit Sierra Lifestyle Center

The new lifestyle center is located at the intersection of Highway 395 and Mount Rose Highway, an area of rapidly-growing population and household income growth. The 700,000-sq.-ft. retail destination was designed to represent a fresh sense of place with shopping, restaurant and entertainment choices. Phase one of the open-air shopping center is located on 72 acres and will feature extensive patios, paths, fountains, fire pits, sitting areas, shade areas and landscaping. In addition to Century Theatres and a 180,000-sq.-ft. Dillard's department store, the project will feature 70 shops and restaurants in total.


11. The Palms Hotel & Casino Expansion: Fantasy Tower

Part of a massive $600 million expansion of the Palms Resort, this is the second hotel tower at the site. Dubbed the Fantasy Tower, this 40-story hotel adds an additional 347 rooms and suites, 46 of which will be 'mega-suites', and a sky penthouse. The top three stories will feature a Playboy Club and Mansion Penthouse with a private rooftop pool. The project also features a new concert venue, recording studio, meeting space, restaurants and retail space. A pool surrounded by private bungalows will finish off the project.


12. Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa - Phase II

Due to greater than expected demand, Station Casionos decided to accelerate the Phase II expansion of Red Rock. The second phase includes a new 400,000-sq.-ft. 17-story tower, containing 427 hotel rooms. The spa will have another 10,000-sq.-ft. added to it. Four penthouse suites will be built out as part of Perini's contract.


13. Panorama Tower II

The second tower for the Panorama Towers condominium project will rise 420-ft. tall and feature an aqua-blue glass exterior with a façade indentation that serves as a glass-enclosed breezeway. The 33-story tower contains over 300 units, ranging from 700 to 4,400-sq.-ft. and each featuring 10-ft. high ceilings. The project is located on Industrial Dr. at Harmon off the Las Vegas Strip.


14. Boca Raton Luxury Resort Condos

The Boca Raton Condominium project consists of four, seven-story mid-rise condominiums totaling just under 800 residences. Each mid-rise structure is built above a two-level secured underground parking garage. All four buildings will have four elevators, a spa and state-of-the-art fitness centers. In addition, there will be two resort-style pools and a 10-ooo-sq.-ft. clubhouse. The 100,000-sq.-ft. project is located on west Serene Avenue just off of Las Vegas Boulevard South.


15. Platinum Suite Hotel Condominium & Spa

The Platinum will contain 255 units and is being billed as a luxury hotel condominium, which means residents can place their unit into a rental pool which will allow their unit to be rented out similar to a hotel room when they are not occupying their residence. The 17-story building is located on Flamingo Road and will feature both indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and fitness area.

The new UNLV Science & Engineering building will facilitate increased disciplinary interaction, enable better space allocation management and provide efficient facilities. The four-story structure creates lecture and laboratory spaces that are less defined by discipline and are versatile and encourage interaction. The 190,000-sq.-ft. structure features easily-converted lab space to increase flexibility, with large fixed elements, sinks, ducts and pipes located along the exterior walls, interior corridors or in corners. The building will be LEED-certified and be interconnected with the university campus communication systems.


17. Santa Fe North Expansion

The Santa Fe North project features 141,000 sq. ft. of new and remodeled space including an expanded and remodeled sports book, buffet and restaurant space, additional casino space and 15,000-sq.-ft. of meeting and banquet space. An additional $26 million parking structure is being constructed at Santa Fe by Bomel Construction, and will make room for over 2,900 vehicles over five levels.


18. Northwest Career & Technical Center

The project features a new 213,000-sq.-ft. vocational high school on a 30-acre site. Construction on the two-story structure will include concrete tilt-up with structural steel floor and roof systems. The school will house 2,010 students, focusing on six separate academies, including Hospitality, Transportation, Media and Communications, Early Childhood, Medical and Pre-Construction. Specialty areas include a 7,000-sq.-ft. banquet hall, daycare facility, a video production studio and digital photo lab. The project is being built according to LEED Silver standards. While the school has no sports teams, construction includes a gymnasium, basketball and tennis courts and a jogging path.


19. UMC Northeast Tower Remodel and Southwing Expansion

This 4-story, 175,000-sq.-ft. hospital expansion project consists of a new main entry and landscaped plaza. Ground floor functions include a new lobby, admitting area, kitchen, and cafeteria, medical records, both in and out-patient pharmacies, gift shop, environmental service and facilities department. The second floor includes a new integrated unit for burn care, plastic surgery and wound care on the north end of the building. The entire south end is dedicated to a new state-of-the-art laboratory. The upper two floors consist of medical surgery beds. In total, 60 new private beds and 30 burn unit beds will be added.


20. Green Valley Ranch Phase III Expansion

The Green Valley Ranch Phase III expansion includes a two-story 65,000-sq.-ft. addition and 45,000-sq.-ft. interior renovation. The addition consists of a new sports book, oyster bar, snack bar, sports bar, poker room and meeting rooms. The renovation consists of retrofitting the existing sports book into casino space, remodeling existing meeting rooms, and renovating an existing restaurant into an entertainment lounge.
