the roof, improve clinical space for nursing and embed an infrastructure to meet
the demands of the newest in state-of-the-art medical technology. A 1,600-space

U.S. 95 widening project in northwest Las Vegas, Project 3C reconstructs the U.S.
95 bridge over Rancho Dr. and the connector ramps to and from I-15. A new on-ramp
from Martin Luther King Blvd. to northbound U.S. 95 and a new off-ramp from southbound
U.S. 95 to Martin Luther King Blvd. will also be constructed. Upon the completion
of the new bridge over Rancho Dr., a section of the bridge over Martin Luther
King Blvd. will be replaced. Project 4B/5 will widen U.S. 95 from six to ten lanes
from east of Valley View Boulevard to the Rainbow Boulevard interchange. Lane
construction includes four general-purpose lanes and one HOV lane in each direction.
Replacement of the U.S. 95 bridge over Jones Boulevard will be built in two phases

set around pedestrian and vehicular streets and open spaces. The buildings include
single, two and three-story structures, primarily with retail stores on the ground
level with office space above. The complex will feature a 270-room boutique hotel,
150 retail shops, 12 restaurants and an 89,000-sq.-ft., 20-screen movie theater.
It will also feature 210,000 sq. ft. of office space. 9.

is located on 72 acres and will feature extensive patios, paths, fountains, fire
pits, sitting areas, shade areas and landscaping. In addition to Century Theatres
and a 180,000-sq.-ft. Dillard's department store, the project will feature 70
shops and restaurants in total. 11. The Palms
Hotel & Casino Expansion: Fantasy Tower Construction

will feature a Playboy Club and Mansion Penthouse with a private rooftop pool.
The project also features a new concert venue, recording studio, meeting space,
restaurants and retail space. A pool surrounded by private bungalows will finish
off the project. 12. Red Rock Casino Resort

The four-story structure creates lecture and laboratory spaces that are less defined
by discipline and are versatile and encourage interaction. The 190,000-sq.-ft.
structure features easily-converted lab space to increase flexibility, with large
fixed elements, sinks, ducts and pipes located along the exterior walls, interior
corridors or in corners. The building will be LEED-certified and be interconnected
with the university campus communication systems. 17.

and Communications, Early Childhood, Medical and Pre-Construction. Specialty areas
include a 7,000-sq.-ft. banquet hall, daycare facility, a video production studio
and digital photo lab. The project is being built according to LEED Silver standards.
While the school has no sports teams, construction includes a gymnasium, basketball
and tennis courts and a jogging path. 19. UMC
Northeast Tower Remodel and Southwing Expansion Construction

a new integrated unit for burn care, plastic surgery and wound care on the north
end of the building. The entire south end is dedicated to a new state-of-the-art
laboratory. The upper two floors consist of medical surgery beds. In total, 60
