The city of Albuquerque is accepting bids for a $25-million to $50-million design-build project to develop a downtown entertainment hub on city-owned property at the northeast corner of First Street and Central Avenue. The city of Glendale has made a request for design and construction administration services proposals for several street network segments in need of rehabilitation improvements, as identified by a 2013 pavement management study. Work will include patching, crack sealing and surface treatments as well as pavement overlays or full reconstruction to many areas throughout the city.
