9/20 Clark County is accepting general contractor bids for an approximately $10-million project to improve Cactus Avenue between Rainbow Boulevard and Verona Wood Street in Las Vegas. The project includes construction of a four-lane bridge structure at the intersection of Cactus Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard and providing grade separation from the Union Pacific Railroad.
